Clayton Bank is excited to announce the launch of our upgraded online banking experience on October 26, 2016! The purpose of this notification is to provide you with important information about how to login and navigate this new system.
Current Users at First Login:
Current users will login at the link below using your social security number (without dashes or spaces) as the username, and your first-time password will be:
Welcome2016!
After completing this initial log-in, users will create a username and password (these credentials can be the same as the username and password currently used). Once logged in, review your contact information under the My Settings link at the upper-right corner. Please remember, internal transfers and ACH data will not automatically sync into the new system; this data must be manually re-added. However, payees and payments setup through Bill Pay will be available from the previous system.
New Users:
If you are not a current user of Clayton Bank’s online banking, navigate to the link below and register on the new system by selecting the New User link.
Future logins:
Access the Online Banking system by navigating your web browser to www.ClaytonBank.com, clicking Online Banking Login and entering your credentials setup during the initial login.
Don’t forget to download the new mobile app by searching “Clayton Bank” in the iOS App Store for Apple products, or the GooglePlay Store for Android products.
